We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your event to allow time for a proper intake, photo/video collection, and at least one round of revisions. Rush delivery is available as an add-on if you're working on a tighter timeline.

Photos and video clips are the foundation — the more the better. We also ask for a few song preferences, some notes about the people in the film, and any specific moments or themes you want highlighted. We'll guide you through exactly what to gather after you book.

We use a combination of professional editing software and enhanced production techniques — including tools that allow us to create smooth transitions, polished photo treatment, and original cinematic opening sequences. Everything is crafted by a human producer, guided by your story from start to finish. If you're curious about the process, we're always happy to walk you through it.

Yes. Most packages use partial song segments (intro + verse + chorus), which is standard for event films. If you have specific songs in mind, let us know during intake — we'll work with what you love.

The Clone Effect creates a stylized animated or illustrated version of the guest of honor. It's typically featured in the cinematic opening or closing sequence — a highly personalized, crowd-reaction moment that audiences remember long after the event.

All packages include HD digital delivery via a private download link. You'll receive a file optimized for both event venue screens and personal viewing. The Premium Delivery Package add-on includes a USB drive in a wooden keepsake box with an etched plaque — a beautiful physical heirloom of the film.

Custom legacy projects above The Cinematic Memoir tier — multiple subjects, family business histories, and other bespoke films — are quoted individually.
